Our Yoga is a flowing blend of different styles of yoga. Each session has different intensity levels depending on the instructor.

“The movement between postures is as important as the posture”
Jason first began practicing yoga while he was an engineer. Eight years later and Jason has radically transformed his life.
He is now a full time health and wellness coach abd yoga Teacher. He completed his 500 hr certification in 2023. He holds a certificate in Wellness and Lifestyle coaching from HMS. He can be found teaching all manner of classes at Ritual vibes and hosts a strength series for Living Well Community with Harvard and Tufts online. He is also a certified Thai Yoga Bodyworker.
His classes have been shaped by many years of healthy movement and an active lifestyle. He prefers anatomy focused cues based in Functional Yoga. Always ready for questions, he regularly spends time workshopping postures, breaking down the how and why asana practice works, and how to deepen your practice beyond making shapes.
He is constantly finding parallels in the eight limbs of yoga and everyday life - focusing on his “off the mat” practice every day.
Jason has a particular interest in meditation, niyamas, and the koshas (the five “bodies”) and he readily teaches what he’s learned and experienced in or out of the studio.

She is here on a mission to harmonize our hearts with the earth’s pulse through her voice, movement, and the frequencies she draws down with sound.”
John Araujo - RYT
After a hand injury, John's wife Sandi introduced him to yoga to help with his healing. After practicing and exploring yoga John found himself interested in teaching yoga. John enrolled in the Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training Program, eventually graduated, and was certified through YogaRenew. John is also registered with Yoga Alliance.
Alongside being a certified and registered yoga teacher John has been teaching martial arts for over 35 years and a professional martial art self-defense, instructor in Tenshin Aikido and earned his title Shihan 6th degree black belt. John is also the owner of Aikido Of Bristol County in East Freetown, Massachusetts and is the founder of his own Aikido martial arts international organization, which he also travels and teaches Aikido worldwide.
